Happy Birthday Jac-o!

Jacob Stanton Bailey turned 4 on August 13th,2009

We thought a Tiki Party would be fun...so we strung tiki guys across the kitchen, ate off off toucan plates, and He got a special green monkey goblet that he loved! We also made him chocolate cupcakes with cool little umbrellas. For his present he got a vintage looking Radio Flyer tricycle. He rides it everywhere...We just have to make sure to keep the gate shut or I think he'll ride away to Grampa's house! I thought a picture collage would be fun... yeah I don't really got the hang of this blog thing yet...oh well enjoy!

I love the one of Jacob and Hyrum messin around. And the one of Daddy with the cupcakes. I think he thought they were a little strange..But we had fun! So We love all you guys Wish you all could be here!! Love the Bailey's

Lady Sariah Turns 2!!

Little Yiya turned two on August 6th. This one is of the party atmosphere....Emily & Noah were able to drop by (I think they could smell the pizza) Notice how the boys are already at the computer checking out their Bakugans ...Bored of the "girl stuff" B4 the party even started. Silly boys!!

This is the Ladybug cake I nade for Yiyah Bday this year..The ladybugs are made out of cupcakes w/jr mints for dots & feet. It was so fun..Little girl cakes are great!! Over to the right is a pic of a tradition in Ben's family...We put the cake on top of the head and go du duh duduhduh duduh.. with the biggest knife you can find in your kitchen drawer. I don't think she knew what to think about that:)

Its Picture Time!!

So On monday we got our family pictures done finally!! It was the first professional family photo with all of us... Sariah included...It was definately a task but we got some pretty cool pictures...

Here is one of little Sam looking studly as ever.

I just love this one of Hy. I think It is so cool how you can see down the tracks.

Of course this one of Jaco is adorable. He and fatty are inseparable. Jaco just loves him. & You can tell.

And isnt this one of Little Yiyah so cute? She was trying to figure out what the photographer wanted her to do--Just - a little cutie!!!

So here it is folks.. Our Summer 2009 Family photo. Its taken about a 1/4 mile from our house... We thought it would be cool to take them by the"cool" car dressed in sort of a 50's style..If you look close you can see that Jac-o is trying to get away and Ben is telling Hyrum to stay still.. Sam is making smoochie faces and Mom is smiling thru it all(sort-of). We Love you guys! Take care

Yes... we are still alive!!!

It has been forever since Ive blogged...and a bunch has happened. So Im just going to throw out random pictures & stuff fun yea!! This one is of a little dolly & dress that we got for Yiyah while in mexico. And they match ...Can u tell Ben is so proud??

This one is of a little photo spread up on my Dining room wall--It just turned out cuter than I thought. I painted the mats in polka dots. They say live laugh love--still need a new family photo though With yiyah in it ....hehehe

This one is of Ben & I's Bedroom. I got the letters from Joann's & the frame was a gift...I just love to decorate for cheap!! I photoshopped the picture from 2 separate photos ... I just liked them better in B&W.... years apart but they still work :)

Anyhoo we went down to the river over Memorial Day We had an awesome time!!! The water at the deepest only goes up to my knees. So the kids just ran around and splashed and kicked. It was so much fun ... We also put up a flagpole that weekend. Very cool.

Maybe you heard this last week we lost our favorite babysitter. Heather Wallace passed away in a horrible car accident along with her best friend Lysha Marshall. We love her and will miss her. Bens Gramma also passed away a couple weeks ago. It is strange that no one I was really close too has ever died and then 2 quite close together.

The kids are so happy to be out of school. They are havin a great time. Hope you are too!!

Anyways Im going to try to do another post soon I just need to get busy downloading some more pictures. We love you all

The Christmas Catch-up

Well we actually reached the end of 2008 Alive & well w/no broken bones...A Miracle!!! It really was a great year!! We even made it through January w/out blogging about December!

tree till Christmas Eve!!

Sam & Hy both got morcycle bikes for Christmas. Here is a pic of Sam on his 1st ride...Woohoo go Sam!!

Here is a picture of Sariah with a Vaseline glob in her hair :)

I am not sure when it happened for December is a blurr...But somehow Jacob (the destroying angel) found the vaseline. He & Sariah both had a grand-ol time putting vaseline in their hair, their clothes and the floor. It was too funny -I just had to take some pictures.

Hyrum's pre-school had an adorable Christmas performance. He sang Rudolph the red-nose reindeer & got to wear reindeer antlers. During the rehearsal Jacob(& Sariah too) threw a fit & he just had to stand up on the stage w/Hy. After the real shin-dig was over ...Jaco got a pair of antlers too & then we took advantage of the situation & went caroling - Im sure you can guess what we sang. It was just great Fun!! & there ya have it 2008 gone in a wink ;) We Love you all very much & miss those we couldn't visit this year!
